Grass fed lamb and grass finished beef from our Missouri farm, ranch raised according to our values. Our livestock graze open pastures, eating the grass, weeds and invasive brush. Rotation on fresh pasture fertilizes the land along the way ensuring the seasonal grasses grow back sronger. They recieve no grain throughout their lives, raised 100% grass fed and grass finished.
Our pricing is all inclusive. We take the animal to our local USDA certified butcher, arrange cutting instructions, absorb all the shrinkage associated with dry aging and de-boning, pay/pick up from the butcher, and offer free deliver to your door in the Kansas City Metro area.
