Missouri Craft Meat
Animals raised on diverse natural pastures allowing you to play a role in shaping the world our children will inherit
An Integrity Food Alternative to the Commodity System
Raising a family is challenging enough without needing a PHD in farming to navigate the grocery store. Organic, non-gmo, natural, fair trade, plant based, product of USA and the list goes on.
Is there not a trusted source of nutrient dense Missouri grassfed lamb or grass finished beef from a local farmer with a name?

Hi, Derek and Catherine here!
Founders of Grace’s Grass Fed, and our background is as follows. We both came from families with multi-generational ties to the industrial food production model. We didn’t go down that path, decided to earn degrees, took corporate jobs and didn’t think twice… Until our first born, Mary Grace, was diagnosed with autism.
Now that clean healthy eating is a requirement on the autism recovery journey and nutrient dense pasture raised meats are preferred there is only one option…. Start a first generation pasture based farm where we can raise our kids with a connection to animals, their food, and the land. Our animals are raised on diverse natural pastures allowing you to play a role in shaping the world our children will inherit.
We are on a mission to foster a local food culture centered on nutrient dense meat. In short, we aim to reconnect animals with the land, and people with their food. Together we can create a rich, local-food culture.
Our journey starts with 2 guard dogs (Ralph and Rosie) and 80 katahdin hair sheep due to have baby lambs in the spring of 2022. Follow along as we add grass finished beef throughout 2022, watch for farm pictures of our baby lambs, and be the first to know when our grassfed lamb becomes available.
